New Capital Partners actively manages three private investment funds. One company may receive capital from both the private equity and mezzanine debt funds.
NCP invests opportunistically across industries and combines strict investment criteria, geographic focus on areas underserved by capital and active
involvement with portfolio companies to generate attractive investment returns.

provides venture capital and private equity to high growth companies domiciled in the Southeast and Texas. We will also pursue opportunistic investments beyond the southeast and Texas.
2. Waveland NCP Alabama Ventures Fund
provides mezzanine debt and equity capital to high growth companies domiciled in Alabama. Mezzanine debt fills the void between equity and traditional bank debt
for private companies. This fund specifically targets companies with 100 or fewer employees to create jobs and prosperity for Alabama.
3. Waveland NCP Texas Ventures Fund
