In partnership with Waveland Ventures, NCP evaluates companies and invests in businesses that will increase employment and economic prosperity in the respective states.


Target Investment Profile
  • Company headquartered in (or relocating to) Alabama or Texas
  • Fewer than 100 employees
  • Professional services (physicians, lawyers, etc) companies do not qualify
  • Real estate development and retail sales-based companies do not qualify

Target Structures
  • Senior or mezzanine debt, 2-3 year amortization with current pay
